Personal Information

Each member has their personal identification number linked to their membership. This means that you are not anonymous when doing business on Tradera as on other buying and selling sites.

Verification

We verify all users on Tradera to ensure that we continue to be a secure trading place. The verification varies depending on the user's country: for Swedish users, we use BankID; for Danish users, we use MitID; and for users from other countries, a photo of a valid ID is required.

Reviews

Buyers and sellers can give each other reviews after completing a transaction. This provides our members with better conditions to evaluate other members.

Shipping

We collaborate with secure, trackable shipping options such as DB Schenker, DHL, and Postnord, where you as a Tradera member also get better shipping prices.

User Review

We want all members to have a secure experience on Tradera. Therefore, we continuously review members with whom others have had poor experiences. Remember to use our functions to give us a fair picture of how our members conduct themselves.

Payment Review

We review transactions based on several factors, which means we can hold the payment until we have seen that the seller has sent the item and the purchase has gone smoothly.

Advertisements

We work to ensure that the ads on our site follow our rules and Swedish law. All members have the opportunity to report an ad that does not follow our rules for review. We also proactively work to find ads that do not follow our rules. Read more about our rules here.

Cooperation with the Police

If you have been a victim of fraud or another crime, we always recommend that you contact us. You should also file a police report on the police's website. We always assist the Police with information to help.
