Pornographic material
It is permitted to sell items that cannot be considered offensive to certain target groups on Tradera. Therefore, there are restrictions on items containing pornographic or softcore material, where most are not allowed to be sold.
Why do we have this rule?
Tradera has this policy because pornographic material is not suitable for everyone. Nude images are allowed if they are part of a work of art, such as certain paintings, carvings, statuettes, and the like. Exceptions are also made for certain items that may be considered collectibles. In the categories for art and photography, full frontal nudity is not allowed, unless the item is art created by a professional photographer or artist. Amateur photographs are not allowed.
Prohibited to sell
- Softcore or hardcore pornography depicted in, for example, films and photographs
- Objects where the product is depicted using sexually suggestive images or descriptions and where the product itself is not the main focus
- Material depicting human genitalia in a sexually suggestive manner
- Sex dolls
- Sex toys, condoms, and similar items
