Inappropriate images and item descriptions
An ad needs to contain images and a description that are perceived as appropriate and describe the item in a suitable manner.
Why do we have this rule?
Tradera should be a pleasant place for all members. Images and item descriptions need to be clear and pleasant. Polite language and a good tone are appreciated. Ads where the item is presented using sexually suggestive images or descriptions and where the product is not the main focus are not allowed. Images of breasts and genitals are not allowed, regardless of whether the image is censored.
Prohibited to sell
- Images and descriptions that may be perceived as hateful, racist or otherwise offensive
- Advertisements where the item is presented using sexually suggestive images or descriptions
Permitted to sell
- Advertisements where the item is the focus and is presented in a suitable manner.
