How to interpret the condition variants
We have introduced several different item condition variants to make it clearer for sellers and set the right expectations for buyers.
Unused - Never used
The item is brand new and has never been used. It may be in its original packaging or without packaging, but with no signs of use whatsoever. No marks, scratches, or other defects.
Very good condition - Used sparingly
The item is almost like new and has only been used a handful of times. It may have minimal signs of use, but these are barely noticeable and do not affect the overall appearance.
Good used condition - Used but well cared for
The item has been used but is well maintained. It may show minor signs of wear, such as small scratches or light pilling, but is fully functional and without major damage.
Fair used condition - Worn but usable
The item shows clear signs of wear, such as scratches, stains, or fading. It is still usable but has noticeable cosmetic flaws.
Defective - Item is broken
The item does not function as intended or has damage that requires repair. It is mainly sold for spare parts, repair, or recycling.
