Q: Can I, as a business user, access manual payment? A: We can only offer the service to Swedish companies that fall under our payment license. We are working to transfer all Swedish companies to the payment license and hope to be finished with the transition by the summer of 2024.

Q: How do I know if I am under Tradera's payment license? A: If you, as an authorized signatory, have verified yourself with BankID and completed our customer due diligence, you have started the application to transfer to our payment license. After the application is approved, you will switch to our license at the next month's end.

Q: Does manual payment work for Corporate Swish? A: No, manual payment to a company number does not work. This is because the function is not supported by Swish at the moment.

Q: Will this mean any difference in my accounting? A: The only difference is that you can choose when you receive a payment, allowing you to control how many payments you need to record.
