How do I get a fee credited?
If you have not received payment for a sold item, you have the option to restart the listing and report a discontinued via the sold list.
When you report a discontinued sale, you can choose whether or not to report the buyer.
- If you choose not to report, the buyer will receive a confirmation email. Once the buyer clicks "yes" on the confirmation, the fee will be credited.
- If you choose to report the buyer, they will receive a warning. After repeated reports, the buyer's account may be suspended for 1-6 months, depending on the number of reports and previous history. The fee is automatically credited when you report the buyer.

You can also email kreditering@tradera.com. Listings credited in this way will still be counted as sold in reports to the tax authorities. Therefore, we recommend using one of the methods above.
