What if the buyer wants to return the item?

If the buyer has paid for the item, go to "More actions" and select "Refund" in the list for Your Sold Items. Then you can report a discontinued sale.

If the buyer has not paid for the item, go directly to "More actions" and select "Discontinued sale" in the list for Your Sold Items.
