I have a new email address and cannot log in

If you remember the password, you can log in with your old email address. If you encounter two-factor authentication, you can choose the phone number instead of email. Then, you can go to Profile Settings and change the email address.

If you have changed your email address and do not remember the password, you need to contact our customer service.
