Image format and video format when creating a listing

Image format

You can upload png, jpg or jpeg. The maximum size is 10 MB per image. The cover image will be displayed as a square in the search results.

If you upload images from the apps, they are automatically converted to jpeg.

If you have HEIC images, you can still upload them on the web by dragging and dropping the images directly from the "Photos" app on your computer.

Video format

The supported video format is MP4. If you upload via the app and have MOV format, the app converts the format to MP4.

The video can be a maximum of 60 seconds long. Otherwise you need to trim the video. It must not be larger than 100 MB.
