Original Name: "Faun mit Nymphen" (Faun with Nymphs)

A beautiful mythological figure depicting a faun with two nymphs, "Faun with Nymphs."

White porcelain, hand-painted. The figure has been preserved in perfect display case condition.

One of the first figurines produced by Rosenthal in 1915.

The manufacturer's mark is on the bottom of the figure. Coloured underglaze painting. The artist's signature is embossed, and a green mark is on the base.

A wonderful example for connoisseurs of Rosenthal figurines.

Schott, a sculptor and painter, studied at the Berlin Academy of Fine Arts, worked there freelance since 1885, became a professor in 1898, and supplied designs for KPM Berlin, KPM Meissen, Rosenthal, and the Schwarzburg workshops.
