Why have I received a fee for an item that hasn't been sold?

There may be fees for unsold listings in two cases. If you have had more than 100 listed items this month, the fee is an unsold fee. Read more about the unsold fee.

The second case is if you have selected any optional extras for your listing. The cost of the extras is registered when the listing is published and is then charged on the invoice, regardless of whether the listing is sold or not. Read more about optional extras.
