What does upcoming payment mean?

When the payment has the status Upcoming, it means that it is secured and on its way – Within 3 banking days, the amount will be available in your balance. You can feel completely safe to send the item.

How it works

• When the buyer pays with Swish or Balance, the amount becomes available immediately.
• For other payment methods, it takes up to 3 Swedish banking days before the amount is available.
• The amount becomes available automatically and can then be paid out as usual.

The waiting time depends on the processing time banks and payment systems need to complete the buyer’s transaction.
