Once you have received payment, it is time to book shipping and send the item. Once you have shipped the item, it is always a good idea to contact the buyer and let them know so that they are aware of it. When the item has been delivered, you have the opportunity to leave feedback on the transaction via the "Sold" list. Feedback should reflect how the transaction went.
