What does Silent Mode mean?
Silent mode is suitable for businesses that respond to buyers' questions directly via their email client. With silent mode enabled, you won't see badges with the number of new messages on your profile. This number can be inaccurate if you manage communication via email, as it doesn't reset when you reply from the email client.
If you have the Tradera app, no push notifications will be sent when you have silent mode on.
Silent mode is available only for those who have a Business account.
