How do I set up combined shipping rules in the cart? (Sello/Store listing)

The current combined shipping rules are:

• I offer free shipping for my entire range.
• The buyer only pays shipping for the item in the order with the highest shipping cost.
• The buyer pays shipping for all items in the order (merging) - This option means that you do not offer combined shipping.
• I offer free shipping for all orders totaling at least x SEK.

The combined shipping rules you specify should also be added to Sello.
