Combined shipping - for the seller

Tradera's Combined Shipping makes it easier to combine shipping for multiple items into one package by automating parts of the handling. The combined shipping feature also gives you a simpler overview of orders from the same buyer.

1. Activate combined shipping under settings

To offer combined shipping, the service needs to be active in your Seller Settings. If you have a store on Tradera, you can also choose to combine store items with auction and Buy Now listings.

2. Set the combined shipping time

This setting determines how long the buyer has to shop for more items from you. If your listings end on different days, it might be good to have a longer span.

3. Automatic combined shipping price

Either you set the shipping price manually when the buyer has finished shopping, or you can choose to have the price set automatically, e.g., to the highest shipping cost in the order.

For those who publish listings via Sello & have a store

Make sure you have not selected "The buyer pays shipping for all items in the order (combination)" in Sello.

How to handle a combined shipping order

Either the buyer requests a shipping price, and you are notified via email, or the combined shipping time expires, and you can directly set a shipping price.

All you need to do is check what has been ordered and decide which package fits the order. You enter the new weight and dimensions by clicking the "Enter combined shipping price" button in the sold list.

How do I see that it is combined shipping on an order?

All items are grouped in the same order in the Sold list.
