How do I make an offer?

Click on "Make an offer" in a listing and enter the amount you are willing to pay for the item. Then just wait for a response.

Is my offer binding?

Yes, just like bids on Tradera, your price offer is binding when the seller chooses to accept it. If the price proposal is rejected or the deadline for responding has passed, you are no longer obligated to complete the transaction.

Which listings can I send an offer on?

You can suggest a price on listings that have a "Buy Now" price. If the seller has previously received an offer and responded that the item is no longer available, it is no longer possible to make an offer on that listing.

What happens if my price proposal is not accepted by the seller?

You will receive a response to your request in the messaging function if the price proposal is rejected by the seller. You can suggest a price up to 3 times per listing.

How far below the starting price can I make my price proposal?

You cannot send a price proposal that is more than 20% lower than the price. (We recommend staying between 5-20% to increase the chances of the seller accepting).
