Wallet and Payouts

How does my wallet work on Tradera?

When you sell something, the buyer’s payment is added to your Tradera wallet. The selling fee (if there is one) is also deducted from that same balance. You can withdraw your balance anytime to your bank account or via Swish. If you prefer automatic payouts, you can choose that in your payout settings.

Why is my balance sometimes negative?

Sometimes your balance may go negative – no worries, that’s totally normal. It usually happens because the fee is charged right when the listing ends, and the buyer pays a little later. So a negative balance is nothing to stress about. If it's still negative at the end of the month, an invoice will be sent.

How do I withdraw money from my wallet?

Click the “Withdraw funds” button in your balance. A window will pop up where you can choose where the money should go. Once completed, the money will arrive in your bank account within 1–2 days.

Why were add-ons charged from my balance?

Any add-ons are charged directly from your balance when the listing is published, or when you add them later. This includes Highlight and Rank up. If you create the listing via the app, you pay for the add-on directly in the app at the time of publishing.

Where can I find documents for my accounting?

You’ll find them under the “Monthly reports” tab in your balance. There you’ll see summaries, payout details, and your invoice
