Wallet and Net Payout

We have introduced Net Payouts to simplify things for you as a seller on Tradera. Net Payout means that we deduct our fees from your balance so that you don't have to receive them on an invoice at the end of the month.

If you have a positive balance, you can request a payout whenever you like, or set up automatic payouts every week or month.
If you have a negative balance at the end of the month, we will send you an invoice.

Example - fees are deducted before payout

All events on the "Your Balance" page are displayed in descending order, with the most recent event at the top.

Example:

Day 1: You publish a new listing with the Highlight option, and a fee for Highlight is created.

Your balance is now -15 SEK

Day 8: The listing sells for 480 SEK, and a commission fee of 48 SEK is added.

Your balance is now -63 SEK

Day 9: The buyer pays 480 SEK for the item and 59 SEK for shipping.

Your balance is now 476 SEK

Day 9: You pay for the shipping (59 SEK) with the amount from your balance.

Your balance is now 417 SEK

Day 10: A payout of 417 SEK is initiated to your Bank, Swish, or PayPal account.

Your balance is now 0 SEK

When does the payout occur?

The interval you have set on your account affects how often our system attempts to make a payout to you. The balance is always checked in the morning, and as long as the balance is positive, a payout will be initiated according to the interval you have set. You can also choose manual payout, in which case you decide when the payment should be initiated.

Manual payout - Swish (Sweden only)

You can initiate the payout whenever you want; the payout goes through immediately, regardless of the day or time. Maximum one payout per day.

Manual payout - Bank account

You can initiate the payout whenever you want; the payout will occur within a few hours if you initiate it on a regular banking day. Maximum one payout per day.

Automatic payout - weekly

If your payout interval is set to weekly, the following applies:

Every Thursday, we check if you have a positive balance; if the balance is positive, a payout is initiated.

The payout takes 1-2 banking days before it appears in your account.

Automatic payout - monthly

If your payout interval is set to monthly, the following applies:

On the 25th, we check if you have a positive balance; if the balance is positive, a payout is initiated.
