Do I need to add anything to an ad created with Klarna Resell?

You need to add the shipping method and price, but we also recommend that you describe the condition of the item and add your own images, especially if it is no longer in new condition when you sell it. As the seller, you are responsible for ensuring that the item you are selling is described correctly.

If you are reselling an unused item, it is also a good idea to include this in the description as it may have a positive impact on the final price.

I can't find the "Resell" button on my item in the Klarna app?

The first step is to check that you have the latest version of the app. You can easily do this by going to the app store on your phone, then search for Klarna and you will see if there is an update to download.

There are also some items that cannot be resold via the Klarna app, such as food, tobacco, alcohol, lottery tickets, tickets, gift cards, etc.
