Klarna directs me to contact Tradera before I can start a case, what does that mean?
The email from Klarna is a standard email used on all sites where you can pay with Klarna. When you have paid with Klarna on Tradera, the email refers to the seller from whom you bought the item, not Tradera.
Step 1 is always to contact your counterpart to see if you can find a solution together, as this usually leads to a better experience for both parties.
If the seller does not respond or if you cannot reach a solution, you can click "yes" to indicate that you have contacted Tradera.
