Can Tradera remove a review?

We can only remove a negative review if we receive approval from the person who left it, or if the review violates our review guidelines. Since we do not have insight into transactions after they have been completed on Tradera, we cannot take a position for or against another member.

To contact the member from whom you received a review, you can use the contact details in the winner's email you previously received.

To remove a positive review, we need approval from both parties in the transaction.
