I haven't received my "winner's email"

You always have access to the same information found in the winner's email in Your purchases or Your sold items. For the relevant listing, click on "Order info".

Do you have the correct email address specified on your account? You can check this under Settings.

If the correct address is specified, the missing winner's email is usually due to your spam settings in your email client. Please check the spam folder to make sure it hasn't ended up there. If you still can't find the winner's email, you may need to adjust your spam settings. Please add our domains @tradera.com and @tradera.se as "trusted senders."
