I have paid my invoice, but it still shows as "unpaid"?

If it has been more than 5 working days since you paid your invoice and it is still marked as "Unpaid," you need to check your payment to ensure you entered the correct OCR number and paid to the correct recipient. You can also contact our customer service via chat for further assistance.

  • Date and time of the payment
  • Exact amount
  • Payment method – (Swish, Card, or via bank)
  • The account number to which the payment was made
  • The reference provided during payment
