I can't get in touch with the seller
If you cannot contact the seller after the listing has ended, we recommend that you first try to contact them via Tradera.
- Go to "Your purchases"
- Click on "Contact" next to the order
- If the seller does not respond, you can try sending an email or SMS (you can find the contact information under the "Order info" link).
If you do not hear from the seller within a reasonable time (3-7 days), you can report a problem with the purchase.
- Go to "Your purchases"
- Click on "More actions"
- Click on "Report problem with purchase"
