How do I remove a review?
Negative review you have left:
We can remove a negative review you have left if you contact our customer service and verify your identity with BankID.
Negative review you have received:
You can send a request to have a negative review removed. This is suitable if you’ve resolved the situation after the review was left and it’s no longer relevant. You’ll find the button for this function on your reviews page, next to the negative review you received or left.
Positive review:
Positive reviews are generally not removed. If both the buyer and the seller agree to remove a positive review, it can be deleted. Both parties need to contact our customer service or have it approved via Tradera messages by the other party.
Review that violates the rules:
If a review does not comply with our rules, we can delete the review.
Note: Once we have removed a review, you will not be able to leave a new review for your counterpart.
