How do I book two shipments for the same order?

If the order is not paid and contains multiple items, you should split the order and book one shipment per order. Here’s how to split an order.

If you need to book an additional shipment after the order has been paid, or if the listing requires two shipments (for example, a pair of large speakers), do the following:

1. Go to the item under Your sold items

2. Copy the order number for the relevant order

3. Click the three dots next to the item and select "Sell similar"

4. Add text in beginning of title: "Extra shipping order no. xxxxxxx"

5. Set the price to SEK 3 (covers the listing fee) and choose the Buy Now format

6. Make sure the shipping size and weight are correct

Publish the listing and send the link to the buyer so they can purchase the extra shipping. This way, both you and the buyer can track both parcels on Tradera.
