How does ProLister work?

If you have a Tradera account, you also have access to our tool ProLister. You log in with the same information as at Tradera, and it's completely free.

ProLister is a web service so you don't need to install any software to get started.

1. Click on "New list" at the top left of the header

2. Click on "Create new list"

An empty list is then created where you can start creating ads.

Tip! Feel free to create a new list for each "round" of new listings you want to publish instead of always working in the same one. Then it will be easier to keep track of what you have already published and not.

When you are finished with all the listings you want to publish in your list, you can click on the green "Publish" button. A box will then open where you can set the date and time the list should start being published, as well as how many minutes you want to put in the interval between the start times of all the listings.

When you set an interval on the start time, the end time is also affected, it can be smart if you sell several things and want to be sure that buyers will have time to buy more things.

There are two ways to change the upload order in the list. The easiest way is to mark the listing(s) you want to move, then hold down the mouse on the icon at the far left - then drag n'drop will be activated. You can also select and then click Move one step up/down from the tools menu or right-click.

1. Hover your mouse between two columns in your list until you see the mouse change to a hand

2. Click and hold the mouse and slowly start dragging the column left or right

3. Drop at desired place. The order is saved in the browser on all lists.

1. Select the listings you want to edit (by holding Shift or Option while clicking)

2. Click "Edit" at the top of the toolbar

3. Change anything you want to be applied to the ads

Move listings from one list to another

On MAC: Cmd + X to cut and Cmd + V to paste

On PC: Use Ctrl + X to cut and Ctrl V to paste

The listings are not cut out/disappear from their original list until you have pasted the listings into another list.

Copy listings

Select the listing(s) you want to copy

On MAC: Cmd + C

On PC: Ctrl + C

Open the list where you want to copy the listings

Click inside the list anywhere (eg scroll down)

On MAC: Cmd + V

On PC: Ctrl + V

If you have a registered shop on Tradera, the listing type in ProLister can be changed from auction or buy now to shop item. What you need to keep in mind is to make sure that the VAT is correct and that the inventory balance matches the amount of items you are selling.
