Shipping Tips
- Make sure the shipping cost is reasonable. Don't try to make money on shipping, it benefits neither you nor the buyer. Items with high shipping costs receive fewer bids and ultimately a lower selling price.
- State conditions such as free shipping and tracked shipping in the item description of the ad as well. This will make your ad stand out from the crowd and attract buyers.
- Buyers on Tradera like to be able to choose from different shipping methods. If you want your ads to be popular - offer more than one shipping option.
- Including a business card with your alias thanking the buyer for the business often leads to the buyer bidding on your auctions again.
- Do you have more than one ad on Tradera? If the same buyer chooses to buy more items from you, it is a good idea to offer combined shipping. Then you send more than one purchased item in the same shipment and the buyer does not have to pay double shipping.
