The buyer wants to withdraw their bid

Bidding on Tradera is binding, and it is not possible to remove a bid during an ongoing auction. If the winner of the auction wants to cancel the purchase, it is up to you as the seller to decide whether to agree to it.

If you agree to cancel the purchase, report this by selecting "Discontinued sale" under the "More actions" menu in the Your Sold list.

If a bid has been placed with far too many zeros by mistake, you can contact customer service for help removing the bid.
