Tradera is a marketplace that aims to enable the buying and selling of second-hand goods for private individuals and businesses. In connection with the sale of an item, Tradera also provides integrated payment and shipping booking.
Tradera strives to ensure that our website and mobile applications are accessible to all users, regardless of individual circumstances or technical aids. This statement describes how www.tradera.com, the Tradera iOS app, and the Tradera Android app comply with the requirements of the Accessibility Act/LPTT, which known accessibility issues exist, and how you can contact us if you encounter accessibility problems.
How accessible is the website?
We are aware that parts of the website and our apps are not fully accessible in accordance with current guidelines. Work to improve accessibility is ongoing and is based on WCAG 2.1, level AA. Tradera’s developers have participated in internal training on accessibility and the Accessibility Act.
Under each section below, the identified issues per platform are presented.
If you cannot use parts of the service
If you discover that content on Tradera is not accessible to you, we encourage you to contact us via accessibility@tradera.com and we will assist you further. We cannot respond to customer service matters via this email.
Our goal is to respond to incoming accessibility inquiries within five (5) business days.
Report accessibility issues
If you discover shortcomings in Tradera’s compliance with the Accessibility Act, we appreciate you reporting them to us via accessibility@tradera.com. Your feedback is an important part of our improvement efforts.
The Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (PTS) is the responsible supervisory authority for digital accessibility in Sweden. If you believe that Tradera does not handle accessibility matters in accordance with applicable regulations, you may contact PTS.
