Problems verifying your account with MitID (Danish users)

If you’re having trouble verifying your account using MitID, it’s usually due to one of the following reasons:

  • The name on your Tradera account does not match the name on your MitID
  • You have chosen to hide personal information in MitID’s privacy settings

To resolve the issue with information not being shared from MitID, you can do the following:

  • Log in to MitID at mitid.dk
  • Go to the privacy or profile settings
  • Change the settings to allow personal information to be shared by the MitID app
  • Try to verify your account again

The reason you need to allow the sharing of information is so that we can match the name on your MitID with the name on your Tradera account.

After you have completed the verification, you can choose to stop sharing the information.
