I haven't been able to reach the buyer

We recommend that you try to contact the buyer through our messaging function. Alternatively, you can contact the buyer via email, SMS or call. You can find the buyer's details in Sold Listings - View Order Confirmation.

If you are unable to get in touch with the buyer and the transaction is therefore not completed, you can report non-payment. The fee will then be automatically refunded and the buyer will be reported to Tradera.

We recommend that you give the buyer at least 3 days to respond before reporting a non-completed transaction.
