Charity auctions - How much of the ad revenue goes to the charity?

When selling for charity, Tradera charges its standard commission fee of 10% and Pennybridge's brokerage fee is 5% of the sales amount. Both of these fees have a maximum cap of 200 SEK. Examples of what this means:

  • Item does not sell - No commission or brokerage fees
  • Item sells for 100 SEK. Tradera's commission: 10 SEK + Pennybridge's brokerage fee: 4.5 SEK = 14.5 SEK. The charity receives 85.5 SEK
  • Item sells for 1000 SEK. Tradera's commission: 100 SEK + Pennybridge's brokerage fee: 45 SEK = 145 SEK. The charity receives 855 SEK
  • Item sells for 10,000 SEK. Tradera's commission: 200 SEK + Pennybridge's brokerage fee: 200 SEK = 400 SEK. The charity receives 9600 SEK
  • Item sells for 100,000 SEK. Tradera's commission: 200 SEK + Pennybridge's brokerage fee: 200 SEK = 400 SEK. The charity receives 99,600 SEK
  • Item sells for 1,000,000 SEK. Tradera's commission: 200 SEK + Pennybridge's brokerage fee: 200 SEK = 400 SEK. The charity receives 999,600 SEK

What about shipping costs? Shipping costs work just like a regular auction. The buyer pays the shipping and the seller receives the shipping money deposited into their account. This means that you will be able to combine shipping for charity auctions with regular auctions without any extra work for you as the seller. Can you use options on charity auctions? Yes, you can use different options on charity auctions. The cost of any options will be charged to the seller's invoice.
