• Packaging containing alcohol

• Current registration plates, or plates that resemble or are claimed to resemble such registration plates
• All items that are primarily intended to alter identification documents, permits, or registration plates

• Antique coins, weapons, grave goods, ceramics, jewelry, and tools
• Religious objects
• Fossils and minerals

• Sex toys
• Condoms
• BDSM/Bondage clothing or accessories

• A bottle that you have filled yourself from a larger perfume bottle
• Perfume testers
• Copies of perfumes or makeup
• Perfumes where the scent is compared to perfumes from other brands

• Feces
• Semen
• Eggs

• Birth certificates, driver's licenses, ID cards, or passports
• Fake ID cards and all equipment used to manufacture such cards
• Documents that allow the holder to misuse titles (e.g., academic and official titles), including professional titles (e.g., doctor and lawyer)

• All sales of stolen goods are prohibited by law

• Items subject to import or export bans

Goods that have been produced in countries subject to sanctions, such as:

• Iran
• Syria
• Cuba
• North Korea

• Old share certificates or share certificates with collector's value, provided that such share certificates are either invalid or represent a share in a company that no longer exists, and cannot be redeemed for money or other securities in other companies
• Websites and domain names
• "Ready-to-go" businesses, e.g. vending machines*

• Empty alcohol bottles as long as it is clearly stated in the description that they are empty and the ad has clear pictures of the open bottle without contents
• Cigarette packages, snus cans and cigar packages if they are empty

• Collector's number plates (i.e., plates that are no longer valid for use on a vehicle)
• Certificates or permits for vehicle parts may only be advertised together with the vehicle part
  • When a vehicle part is sold, the description must state whether the vehicle's roadworthiness still applies according to local regulations after the vehicle part has been fitted
  • The seller must state in the description what type of document (certificate for the vehicle part or similar) is included with the vehicle partIt must not appear that the accompanying documents are sufficient for the vehicle in which the part is fitted to obtain a roadworthiness certificate

• Homemade cosmetic products as long as they comply with Swedish legislation
